Grace & Jack — Effortless Romance & Forever Inked at Bulong Estate
Some weddings feel like they’re exactly where they’re meant to be — a perfect match of place and people. Grace & Jack’s day at Bulong Estate Winery was one of those: soft skies, rolling hills, and a love so steady it felt like it had always belonged among the vines.
Bulong Estate is a hidden gem in the Yarra Valley — rows of grapes, gentle hills, and a calm beauty that invites you to slow down and breathe it all in. It made the most stunning backdrop for Grace & Jack to promise forever, surrounded by family, friends, and nature doing its thing.
From the start, there was a calm sweetness to their day — laughter drifting on the breeze, glasses clinking between old friends, and the quiet certainty that this was always meant to be. We wandered the vineyard as the sun dipped lower, catching golden pockets of light while Grace & Jack soaked up every just-married moment.
And then — one of my favourite parts of the entire day: they didn’t just exchange rings — they sealed the deal with matching tattoos on their ring fingers, done right there at the reception! Having a tattoo artist on-site was such an epic touch and felt so them — playful, meaningful, and perfectly permanent. It was one of those moments that had everyone cheering and grinning from ear to ear.
Grace & Jack have that easy, steady kind of love that makes photographing them feel effortless. They spent their day wrapped up in each other and surrounded by so much joy — a true celebration from start to finish.
Bulong Estate held them gently — just the two of them, the vines, the hills, and a love story now quite literally inked forever.
Grace & Jack, thank you for trusting me to capture this beautiful piece of your story. I’ll never forget it (and neither will you — it’s on your fingers forever!).
